With over two years of experience in the real estate industry, George began his journey as a leasing agent in Sydney's inner west before transitioning to a sales role in Bondi Junction. This experience eventually led him to Search Property, where he now serves as an Onboarding Client Specialist. In this role, he guides potential clients through the process of acquiring their next investment property, ensuring a smooth and informed experience. He is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and finding the best strategies to FastTrack their success. Recently, George has taken up surfing, spending much of his weekends enjoying this new hobby.

Professional Background and expertise

I began in the leasing and property management space, working for a small boutique agency in Sydney's Inner West. I then moved into sales roles in Bondi Junction before starting here at SP.

During my time in property management, I gained valuable knowledge in every aspect of leasing property. This experience has been incredibly helpful when speaking to first-time buyers who need reassurance around the rental process.

As a leasing agent, I was tasked with addressing a backlog of overdue routine inspections that had accumulated over 12 months. There were around 100 overdue inspections that needed to be completed in under 30 days. It was challenging to balance conducting open homes and routine inspections simultaneously, but each day I managed to carry out at least 3-5 routine inspections while also conducting open homes. I gained valuable experience in dealing with unique maintenance issues and learned how to manage my time effectively to complete as many inspections as possible.
