Marcus has a wealth of real estate experience both from a buyer's agent and sales agent role. Marcus loves getting deals secured for clients and his focus on relationships often lands him some great off market deals as well. He loves his AFL and comes from a Victorian regional town, but has been living in Sydney so naturally follows the Sydney Swans now (he was born in Sydney though, so we accept this!).

My journey within real estate commenced with residential sales, where I discovered a genuine passion for assisting buyers. This interest propelled me towards a career in real estate commencing in sales, then progressing progressing to buying properties for individuals, leading me to ultimately join the Search Property team.

Getting an off-market deal for $530,000 and then having the client call on settlement to tell me that comparables are now selling for over $600,000.
The best time to buy real estate was 10 years ago. The second best time is today.

I see the future of real estate investment heading towards increased digitisation and technological integration, offering more streamlined and efficient processes for investors. Personally, I envision myself developing into a proficient leader within Search Property across various capacities, while expanding my expertise to enhance clients' experiences and adapt to the evolving landscape of the industry.
This year my goals include purchasing my first investment property before EOFY and running my first 100km Ultra Mara.
