I began my career in property in 2023, starting off with a buyers agency in client onboarding. I found Search Property through Ravi’s YouTube videos and did not hesitate when I was offered a position here in mid-2024. I love learning the ins and outs of the industry, and my understanding has only been accelerated by working with so many experienced professionals who have built their own portfolios.

As a client onboarding specialist with knowledge in the real estate industry, I love guiding clients through the intricacies of their real estate investments. My ability to maintain clear, effective communication allows me to take on client concerns and provide them with the right guidance throughout the onboarding process. I keep a keen eye on current and historical market trends and conditions so I can help clients understand the risks and benefits of investing. This streamlines the process and helps them begin their journey with the right professionals, without the stress of doing everything alone.
Achievements and client success stories
One of my most rewarding success stories was helping a first-time investor who had been told that they would be waiting a long time to have enough borrowing power to buy. I organised a conversation with one of our brokers who had a wealth of understanding of lending requirements, and they were able to unlock significantly more borrowing power than they thought they had. We then created a purchase strategy to ensure we put that capacity to the best and safest use. We helped them buy into a rising market, and they are now on track to make their next purchase much sooner than they had even planned to make their first.

My personal approach focuses on being empathetic and supportive of each client’s unique situation. It is crucial to recognise that every individual is different, with distinct needs and requirements. My dedication to client success stems from understanding that if I were in their position, I would seek the best possible outcome. Outside of work, I focus on self-development. Taking control of my physical and mental abilities helps me in all aspects of work and life.
I am currently studying finance, working toward a qualification as a broker and other aspects of personal finance. This will make me a more well-rounded professional, better equipped to navigate complex situations and better serve people in all aspects of their investment journey.
